Welcome

Pancreatic cancer tends to be very aggressive and spreads rapidly over a relatively short period of time. Early diagnosis and time to appropriate treatment is crucial to the clinical outcome of a pancreatic cancer patient. The progress of pancreatic cancer can be roughly broken down into three stages—localized, locally advanced unresectable (inoperable), and metastatic disease (cancer that has spread to other organs).

We are currently screening patients who have recently been diagnosed with unresectable (inoperable), locally advanced, non-metastatic pancreatic cancer for the pivotal Phase II/III clinical trial known as the PACT clinical research study. This pivotal study is designed to test the safety and efficacy of an investigational drug known as TNFerade™ Biologic against locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

If you or someone you know has been recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and has not previously undergone surgical removal of the pancreatic cancer tumor or had chemotherapy or radiation treatments, you may want to learn more about this clinical study.
